My name is Diana Strong and I am a Certified Self-defense Instructor.

My entire life I have imagined myself a super hero, saving lives, even when I was a little girl.

It may have been because I was not able to protect myself from harms way and experienced much pain. Not sure, but even when I did not know how, I stood up for the little guy, the bullied, those that felt powerless.

Today I am no super hero by any stretch of the imagination, however, I have continued my role of protector except with a twist.

I train people all over Arkansas and the United States to OWN their personal protection.

My Passion has always been and is now my Mission, to empower those that want to learn how to stay safe, protect themselves and live with confidence and piece of mind.

That gut-wrenching feeling of horror I felt every time I saw an innocent victim picked on, bullied and even beat up when they had no means to protect themselves, burns deep inside me.

And it will continue to burn bright, except now as a beacon of light.

No one on my watch is powerless anymore. I teach from my experience, my training and most of all my heart.

Self-defense training has given me courage, confidence and peace of mind. It can do the same for you.

I teach because I care.
