This 8 hour course taught over 4 weeks is designed to give students a clear understanding in how to be pro-active with their personal protection. Students are taught critical aspects of self-defense training covering several critical topics from situational awareness and risk assessment, to learning practical, powerful self-defense techniques.
Classes meet every Monday of the month except July 3rd. July 10, 17, 24 and 31. 9:00am-11:00am
